Delivery, Refund, Return, Cacalation and Non-refundable Payment Policy

Welcome to executive in-flight catering ordering platform www.flyinglavion.ge . This site is fully belonging to Caterer LLC with registration ID: 406466970 and registration address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani District, Dzeglevi Street, N 1, Floor 4, Apartment N11. (“we,” “our,” “us”). We have created below policy to define how we Deliver Placed Order (means any order placed on platform), if Return is possible, how Refund is happening, way of Cancellation of the order and when payment is becoming Non-Refundable Payment. www.flyinglavion.ge (the “Site”), is a web site, a platform for executive in-flight catering. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in this Delivery, Return, Refund, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Payment Policy.
In this policy used word and phrase has below definition:
Placed Order - items ordered on platform, with identification of required information and paid by customer.
Delivery - when placed order is delivered to a particular flight indicated in Placed Order to the person responsible for the Order acceptance.
Return - when a particular order is rejected to accept fully or partly.
Refund - when particular order was canceled as per this and other terms and conditions and customer is getting refund of catering cost as per condition of cancellation
Cancellation - when a customer cancels the order as per terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Payment - it is considered cost of order what was paid by the customer and become non refundable
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Delivery Service
We provide a platform for ordering executive in-flight catering services facilitated by third-party catering providers. Placed catering order delivery is performed by third party vendors. We ensure that your order is processed and delivered as per the details provided by you during the placing of the catering order. As delivery is performed on the basis of given details by you, please input correct information to avoid any unpredictable events during the services of your order.
1.2 Delivery Date and Timing
Delivery date and time is defined by you for the moment of placing the order. While we strive to meet delivery requirements, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational issues beyond our control.
1.3 Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered to flight, and a person indicated by you as responsible person on delivery, dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and delivery details. Please ensure that the person indicted as an acceptance responsible person will be available at the scheduled time.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return of Catering Items
Due to the nature of catering services, returns are not accepted.
2.2 Exceptions
If you encounter an issue with the quality, accuracy, or completeness of your catering items, please contact us immediately at your@caterer.ge. We will work with the catering provider to address the issue, which may include arranging a replacement or issuing a credit for future orders, depending on the situation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
In case if after placing the catering order and paying for it, there will be some items what may be out of stock, or in case if you placed an order later than 6 hours of delivery time and we are not able to provide you with catering order as per your request, we make full refund to credit card what was used for payment for catering order, with deducting transaction performing service charge.
Refunds may be considered in cases where there is a significant issue with the catering service, such as incorrect items, poor quality, or incomplete orders. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact us within your@caterer.ge of delivery, providing detailed information about the issue. We will investigate and respond to your request promptly.
3.3 Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be canceled within 1 hours from the moment of placing the order. Cancellations must be submitted by mail at your@caterer.ge.
4.2 Cancellation Fees
Canceled order cost is full refundable if cancelation is done within 1 hours from the moment of placing the order, but deducting order processing fee, after this time cancelation fees is applicable.
In case of cancelation catering order in 5 hours or less from after its ordering, but earlier than 3 hour, from total cost of the order it will be deducted actual expanses of prepeare food (but not more than 50% of total order cost) and order processing fee.
In case of cancelation of catering order in 3 hours or less after its ordering payment is becoming fully non refundable including processing fee and delivery costs.
4.3 Modification of Orders
Requests to modify orders (delivery times) must be made within 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In case of increasing the number of passengers or required items they should make additional orders through the catering platform.
5. Non-Refundable Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Policy
Payments for catering orders are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed, except as specifically outlined in our refund policy. By placing an order, you agree that payments are final and non-refundable for services rendered as requested.
5.2 Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as significant errors with the order or service failures. Such exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
